Luke Bright
Head of Events
Luke joins us with over 16 years of events experience. Starting back of house he has worked his way through the industry developing a wealth of experience within each dimension. Luke is now Head of Events here and continues to keep the show on the road for the whole business with his huge range of skills and ability to find a solution for any problem, no matter how big or small.

Katie Welch
Head of Sales
Trained in a few different fields, Katie has previously worked in Private Equity before joining the One Events team and then being promoted to Head of Sales. Katie has a real passion for helping curate amazing events ranging from awards dinners, charity gala’s, weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s and much more. You will usually hear her singing the wrong lyrics to every single song on the radio!

Jodie McLoughlin
Senior Account Manager
Jodie is our Senior Account Manager of over 3 years. Jodie’s background is catering and she has worked with a number of high-profile caterers as well as at most of London’s exclusive venues. Jodie freelanced for One Events for 3 years prior to joining the team fulltime where she has moved into the sales and planning as well as still focussing on catering. She always has food at hand, a new Excel spreadsheet on the go and loves finding new food spots and breweries!

Veronika Peric
Account Manager
Veronika joined the One Events team as an Account Manager from the Firmdale hotel group. Before her career in hotels she worked for Soho House demonstrating she has a huge amount of client facing experience within events. She works within the sales and catering team managing a range of events with us. Veronika can be found roller-skating to work and constantly cleaning the office!

Susana Guerreiro
Account Manager
Susana is our newest member of the team, after 11 years as a manager within the customer service industry. She is very detail orientated and has a keen eye for organisation. She enjoys spending time in the sun and returns to her hometown in Portugal whenever she has the chance.

Robert Arnott
Head Chef
Hailing originally from Australia, Robert moved over to the UK in 1989 and has been living and working in London ever since. Having trained at the Savoy, he then spent many of his restaurant years working in Michelin starred restaurants. He is now Head Chef of One Dining, a position he has held for the past 9 years. Robert brings energy and order to the kitchen along with his passion and sharp knowledge for seasonal and traditional British cuisine.

Lucie Garde
Sous Chef
Lucie was born in Paris, after studying management, economy and law she decided to follow her passion for French pastry. She worked as a head pastry chef in several fine dining restaurants and luxurious hotels in France before moving to the UK four years ago. She is now the One Dining Sous Chef and assists Robert with her technique, her knowledge and her smile.

AJ Adekoya
Head Of Security
AJ has been the head of security for One Events for over 7 years in addition to over 10 years of security experience, working with as well as consulting on various high end and high-profile clients. AJ and his amazing team are dedicated to delivering a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience to all who visit our venue.
