We have a nearby NCP carpark approximately 5 minutes’ walk away.
Due to the building being Grade 1 listed we work closely with a list of approved suppliers who know the venue well, all suppliers must be from our list.
We offer standard hours of 0900 access to 0200 which includes a two hour load out for the suppliers. These timings can be extended depending on the event at an additional fee.
We can extend up until 0230 in the Vaults and Soane Hall at a fee of £1,000+VAT per hour post-midnight.
We have a maximum capacity of 300 for a seated dinner in Soane Hall and 750 standing in the Galleries and Soane Hall.
We have a civil ceremony license in the East wing of the Galleries and Soane Hall.
We offer a project management service for events and/or on the day management for an additional fee.
We do not, as a venue, charge corkage but please speak to your caterer as they will need to account for glassware and disposing of the rubbish.
We have a smoking area at the front of the building and a garden space on the West side of the building which can accommodate up to 200 guests standing which is also hireable.
The venue includes various elements but extra costs to factor in would be catering, flowers, entertainment, additional production and stationary (if applicable).
We have lift access for disabled guests but this is not a goods lift for suppliers.
We include x4 security guards, which covers an event for up to 250 guests, x2 loo attendants who will keep the loos clean during the guest timings, as well as a basic sound and lighting package, and a technician for our standard hours.
If you have dates in mind that you would like to put on hold we can do so for up to 3 dates at no extra cost.
