Pantone have named ‘Greenery’ as their colour of 2017…
Today on the blog we are talking about Pantone naming ‘Greenery’ as their colour of 2017 just before Christmas last year. Inspired by nature and evoking the first days of spring we are all for this trend and have had some wonderful weddings inspired by ‘Greenery’ in the past. Note our trend-setting savvy brides foreseeing this one! We can’t wait to see how future brides use Greenery in their wedding day. And of course its a fantastic excuse to create a beautiful new board on Pinterest!!
We have put together a collage of photos from past weddings at our venues that have been effortlessly inspired by greenery and the beautiful outdoors…

How To …
There are so many beautiful ways to incorporate ‘Greenery’ into your day from the bridal bouquet, place cards, glassware, bridesmaid’s dresses and soft furnishings to name a few. In an interview with Vogue, David Stark Design and Production foresees the use of trees of all kinds being oh so popular! We can imagine why as we have had some fabulous weddings with trees being an integral part of the design.

Be Inspired …

Inspiration can come from anywhere and we especially can’t get enough of the beautiful spring florals adorning the staircase at One Marylebone at the Pringle of Scotland A/W17 fashion show in February.

Not only can this trend be cost-friendly, it can also be incorporated anywhere and is a fresh, stylish and lush way to create the most memorable of days. We can’t wait to see it evolve in the coming months!!
