One Events, the company that provides some of London’s leading event spaces has announced the acquisition of the former Il Bottaccio venue located moments from Hyde Park corner. The venue will be known as One Belgravia to continue the company’s notable brand.

Working with capacities set to be around 200 for dinner and 400 for standing events, the company looks to build on the credible past of the venue but One Events have decided to rename the previous Il Bottaccio as One Belgravia and believes there was a lot to improve on with regards to the operational side. Andrew Morrow from One Events explains, “with the forthcoming closure of One Mayfair, we have been looking to increase our portfolio for the last few months and I am confident that with our reputation; agencies, brands and Private clients will love One Belgravia. I have spoken to a number of clients that had held events there in the past and it seems, although impressed with the venue, they had negative thoughts on the operation of the business”.
As with the majority of One Events venues, the venue will be offered as a dry hire space with a preferred list of production and catering companies, although the company will be providing superb value via in-house packages. The venue is open for events from 1 November 2015, although will be officially relaunching in February 2016 after a one month refurbishment plan in January 2016.
One Events has confirmed that its initial lease is for 3.5 years but will be looking to extend this at a later date.
As we are having a lot of interest from clients seeing the former Il Bottaccio venue before it officially becomes One Belgravia, we are hosting drop in sessions on Wednesday 18th and Friday 20th November 2015 between 2pm and 7pm. If you are interested in attending a drop in session or for more information, please contact Andrew Morrow on or call 0207 380 1663.
