An array of canapés, bowl foods, dinners and food stations have made the cut this season but we wanted to share a few of the front-runners. New on the menu this year, and perfected with time, is the mini beef wellington canapé; served with a crispy pastry and perfectly pink meat, it’s the ultimate way to kick start your evening. Giving it a run for its money however is the griddled courgette & goat’s cheese roll which is just as popular with the meat-lovers as it is for the vegetarians. The Asian spiced seared salmon with Thai style noodles & lotus root crisp is featuring on nearly every bowl food menu. The salmon is wonderfully marinated providing a contrasting taste to the fresh Thai noodles; laced with mooli, spring onions and carrots, it takes your taste-buds to the Far-East and beyond!
